Yesterday I too was struggling with a computer problem. I couldn't log in to Online Banking with Bank of America. Without boring with the details. I was turned over to the "Tech Support Manager". His suggestion was that I download a different browser than the Internet Explorer installed on this computer. I pointed out that I could sign in and use online banking with all my other banks and had no trouble with any other web site. He repeated that I needed to download another browser that I would use just for them. That is downright silly and unhelpful.
I asked him how Bank of America used Flash. I have mine buttoned down and maybe they didn't like that. His answer was that they didn't use Flash at all. Again very unhelpful.
Fixed the problem myself. Flash had become corrupted and IE wouldn't recognize it was installed. Proof that the "Tech Support Manager" was pretty ignorant in addition to not being customer oriented.
The only reason I won't burn my card is because the annual fee is much less than the value of the airline companion fare that comes with it.
Dam, it seems like I am in on everything..

I got a Bankofamerica account too, and the site was down for a couple hours a day or two ago..
Some of the tech support people are on the ball, and some will tell you the moon is made of cheese, and will expect you to go get your crackers..
