There is a 'Classic Albums' short documentary about Aja, one of a series done for UK TV some years back. Not really a great doc but there is some interesting stuff in it.
I'm a big fan of Steely Dan. VH-1 Classic has played this documentary a few times. Here are some links to sections that have been posted on Youtube.
