Awesome leg workout this morning. Instead of free weight squats, I hit the smith machine, leg press machine, hack press machine, leg extension machine (foward & backword), and both standing and sitting toe-raises. I felt strong. I did a solid hour..

Finished it with some light ab work, and one set of 50 pushups.. Watch out DnverFox, the arthiritis in my left arm is going away... Around Sat or Sunday, I am going to go for 60...


Also, I noticed I am going further and faster on the bikes. It has got to be a combination of more ride time, and my leg workouts. Anyway, going to push both up a notch or two...
