I had the same issue, except I was using a triple crank. The problem is that the seat tube is oversize, so you can't use the same BB as you would normally with whatever crank you choose. I solved the issue with a spacer behind the drive side cup to move the spindle out about 2mm. If you can't put a spacer in, you'll need a BB with a slightly longer spindle.
