It all starts with ONE REPETITION!! Just one. I know you can do ONE!!

After that, you keep at it, Do that ONE, EVERY OTHER DAY. Each week you add one more repetitions on. Second week, you start doing two repetitions, 3rd week, three, and right on up the ladder. Trust me it works..
Let me fully warn you, when you get to doing over 30, and getting close to 40, you cannot ever exceed what DnvrFox and I are doing at anytime!! Or you will be put on the S-List!!
