Got my first sunburn of the year. What is it about me that I can be just 5 minutes from home and realize I didn't put on sunscreen, but will still keep riding rather than turn around and go back?
Anyway, did a solid 3 hour endurance ride with threshold and tempo intervals in the first two hours.
