Full body workout in preparation for leaving Monday morning EARLY to catch a flight to NY, where we will be doing a 9 might cruise.
Stretching, planks, bridges, elbow twist, puchups - no record - just 45 - squats, pull-overs, dips (3 x 20), pullovers, lat exercises, pecs, back, barbell - now at 170 lbs, and typing on the computer.
I will not be able to do a lot on the cruise - the workout areas are dominated by the young folks, it is hard to work in. I will do a lot of swimming in the ship's pools.
