There is no secret. You just have to want to do it. Not tomorrow,
today! Talking about don't do nothing! The first few weeks it ain't
no fun. Once I even started to take the bike back and walk home.
I did adjust my eating, very much so. Big breakfast, lite lunch, nice dinner.
No snacks, no sodas, no candy, pizza on rare occasions, no ice cream.
It is not what you eat, it is how much you eat.
BTW, I don't feel 65 years old, last year I did!
