Those crazy mixed up components are all from revered manufacturers and that frame alone is worth the price - and possibly more even in that condition.
I advise you to get additional input from the experts in this forum before you sell.

It appears to be a late 70's Champion Mondial - but the Germans had an issue with the name Champion Mondial, so they were sold as a plain 'Champions' in Germany.
