This is something I've wondered for a while. I know it's a very personal thing, but do many of you wear helmets while riding? If so, is there a preferred type of C&V helmet?

What are people's opinions on helmets in general? There's a group of us here that go on regular C&V rides, often fast enough to make me wonder if I should have one, or what good it would do me if I did.
