why cant you ride it? is it in shop? if it is tell them to throw pedals on it or you wont buy it?

i was told its better to be to big rather than to small. but you REALLY want to be just right. i upgraded from a 56 to a 57 and was perfect a 58 was pushing it. it could have worked but for 1600 bucks i wouldnt take it.
