For a year or two I had very few no shows. Everyone that looked at a bike bought it. Now I'm getting several no shows and a few that don't buy the bike. Sometimes an interested party that's coming in from out of town in a week actually gets the bike because of the cancellations. It's almost like karma.
On the positive side I picked up a parts stash this month because the 5 people ahead of me canceled or declined.
