You'd have to get to get the T42's which don't come in red because the eero's don't have a braking surface (which is why he has a regular wheel on the rear). You could also go with a wheel that's not quite as deep like the Velocity Deep V:

That said you'll probably need to have your rear stays spread, which would mean spacers for the cassette (or prolly freewheel in your case) or just upgrade the whole cassette, derailleurs and shifters.
