I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I have only defended the right for anyone who wishes to stop in here. Rampant off topic coffee club type stuff means someone is bound to get too much bean in them and get jittery. Those with their stimulant habits well under control instinctively launch a barrage of stirrers and balled up napkins in unison. The question remains whether that person can take their advisement into consideration before they incite a reflex in the others to find a table that person won't fit around.
