They also didn't look kindly on people leaving to go to urgent care for work injuries (when you work on machines/with steel, they happen) and people often just used super glue or whatever else they had on hand to seal wounds. Mr. TS didn't bother going to get checked out when a carbide bit exploded and lodged a chunk in his arm. It healed over and after a month it bothered him enough that he had surgery to remove it. Another time, someone left a sharp piece of steel where it wasn't supposed to be and when he brushed against it, not realizing it was there, he sliced his forearm deeply enough that he couldn't make the bleeding stop, and it couldn't be superglued, so he went to urgent care to get stitches. He was harassed by coworkers for a week.

I'm so glad he doesn't work there anymore. So glad.

Same. I was awesome at the v-sit though. I could reach almost a full foot past my feet. That test is unfairly biased towards those with long torso/short legs.
