wouldn't have bothered me if 'packaged' actually meant it was going to be shipped. I mean if they were just open with me on Saturday and said "yeah we can get you a replacement but realistically it can't get out of here until Thursday" I would've said okay and then either paid for faster shipping or ordered elsewhere.
