He then proceeded to inform me:
a) That I needed to yeild to cars in all situations
b) that I needed to ride as far to the right as possible (ie gutter pan and door zone)
c) that I in fact should be riding on the sidewalk.
This leads me to believe that this was not the case of inattention, and I did not state that the Richmond PD as a whole be reprimanded, just the one officer in question.
