trust me, i'm ECSTATIC about the fact that i walked away from my first collision with a bus, most people aren't so lucky. somebody up there likes me; i've never felt so blessed.

however, this thread is about the bike, not the accident. there will be time to talk about the details of the accident after things are settled legally; i made this thread merely as a little tribute to losing a friend that's been with me for so long, that i've spent so much time, money, and energy into customizing to be exactly the way i wanted it, that has provided so many years of quality, bomb-proof, heavy-abuse riding. sadly, as robust as it was, it was no match for a city bus. i suppose few bikes, if any, are.

i can't be the only person in history that has ever formed an emotional bond with an inanimate object like a bicycle, can i?



yep, onwards and upwards to bigger and better things i suppose........... but still, if i could have any bike in the entire world right now, i'd want my old bike back.
