Before looking for a technological solution that may or may not work. Bike fit is important. Go to someone with a good reputation.
+1. The most expensive bike in the world ain't right if it doesn't fit. Find a professional bike fitter, one who will evaluate not only your physical dimensions but your flexibility and general physical condition. Only then can you figure out how to perfect your bike. Expect to pay for this service, especially if you haven't bought the bike from these people.
