Glad you made it. What time did you start? I caught the 9:30 ferry from Manhattan and started around 10am. This is the 1st year and Trans Alt hopes it will be much bigger next year.
I had a blast too, weather wasn't too bad. Nice and helpful staff/volunteers, free energy bars at the start and free veggie burgers for lunch. Not bad for a FREE event.

Friends and I barely missed the 9:30 ferry, so we took the next one. I think we started around 1o:20am. We were handed turn sheets and off we went. The road markings worked well and the veggie burgers were surprisingly great. Thanks for the info.
