Bikes: Kona fire mountain/xtracycle,Univega landrover fs,Nishiki custom sport Ross professional super gran tour Schwinn Mesa (future Xtracycle donor bike)

I ride with Hi-Tec (brand name) waterproof shoes and gaitors and wool socks, no problems at 22 below zero F. Also work well for rainy rides as well.
