The problem, guys, is that I've already made some adjustments that aren't working. Here's what I've done -

Moved the seat as far forward as it will go

Seat is made level to the deck

Stem is flipped up

Bars are tilted so that the hoods are at an upward angle

I almost never ride on the drops. I have now been off that bike for nearly two weeks and can say that the feeling I was describing is entirely gone. That feeling is not there when I ride my cruiser. This leads me to believe that a more upright position is best for me.

So what I'm saying is that I don't want to move things around or get fitted. I'm not a racer nor even a group rider. I am a commuter that simply wants a comfortable ride that moves at 13-16mph fairly easily. I think english riding position would work best.

With that said, what all do I need to change the shifters? I already have the tektro brake levers (cyclocross style), do I need to change those too?
