Can anybody ID this computer? I can't figure out how to change the time. Oddly, the speedometer is calibrated in km/hr, and the odomoter reads miles.

I cleaned the chain this morning, and during the cleanup from that, I noticed some nicks in the paint. So I'll rescind the immaculate paint statement. Secondly, the saddle is obviously not original equipment, and the tires are Schwinn Super Record. The catalog says it rolled off the assembly line with Circuits on it.
I rode it another 44 miles this afternoon, and we are developing an affinity for each other.
