That's what most of the welds look like. Overall, it's not a bad deal for a cheap city bike build, if they could just fix that seat tube weld. The box it came in was also not tall enough for the frame and the seat collar poked out, which explains the damage there.

I think I am still going to send this back. I was too hasty about this for some reason and made a mistake- if I had thought about this for more than a day, I think I would have realized this was not going to be what I wanted. Lesson learned.
