First Soho DLX commute!

Holy $(@* it's fast. I wasn't expecting to see much of a difference in speed, but I guess I hadn't considered that my legs are conditioned to a 30+ pound dualie MTB with 2.X" all-terrain tires. I had a 25-30MPH headwind blowing off Lake Champlain (can't wait for the ride home!) and made it to work in the same time as I would with no wind on the old Liquid.
First gear was fine for the hill climb to my building. Comparable to the few road bikes I've ridden. Not a MTB granny gear for sure, but not bad.
Here she is before I put my accessories on...

I've always enjoyed rain-riding. As long as it's not a 40-days-40-nights downpour, and I'm not dealing with bad car traffic, that is.
