I've had mixed experiences with the sales staff at City Bikes; sometimes they've been pretty cool and friendly, other times they can't seem to be bothered. I guess it just depends on who you get. Their mechanics have always been pretty straight-forward, though, and have done some really nice work when I needed it, so no complaints there...
