The whole frame is probably chromed. At least that's how my mid-80s Pinarello Record is. If you've original paint, the exposed chrome areas are a key to the model, however.

Your picture links are to the mobile-oriented flickr action. I'm not sure how to translate them to regular ol' computer flickr action, but that would be helpful for posting pics here.

To me it seems kinda odd that there's only one set of bottle cage braze-ons but internal brake cable routing, but I'm not all that familiar with Pinarellos. Hell I don't even know what year mine was made.
