That all depends on your diet, how much you ride, and the intensity at which you ride. It will fluctuate for everyone, but if you eat **** (fatty, fried foods) then you'll have to cycle a LOT to lose any weight. I dropped from 200 lbs to 175 (I'm 6'1") after 3 months, but that included a change in diet and a training / workout plan.
