SUB 40 or Sirrius?

I am looking for a light hybrid and given what we have here in Bulgaria, I narrowed my choise to those two. That is the best I can afford.

I need a bicycle for the city, park (mostly paved alleys) and may be short trips (10-15 km) to the nearby village.

Honestly the Sirrius looks sportier and I somehow want the option to use the bicycle for fitness, but the SUB 40 looks more robust and classy

I dont know

PS: would it be good idea to change the fork of either of these with carbon fork??
