I don't really see a Federal prosecutor moving forward against a celebrity that is held in such high regard with much of the general population if they can only convict Barry Bonds of obstruction of justice.
Correct, incorrect.
They will go after Lance. Can they get the heavier charges to stick? Harder to prove. The world will wind up being convinced he doped, but proving the rest of that stuff is a far stickier wicket for the Feds. But they will try.
