Between the two you mentioned, the steamroller hands down. I love mine. Right now I running 35c cream Schwabie Delta Cruisers on mine, very versatile as far as tire width is concerned. Another frame set to consider close to that price range is the All City Big Block, I have one of those also I am in love with that damn thing. It just seems to dissapear under me while I ride and it always puts a smile on my face.
