Like former Governor Ventura said on many occasions regarding frivolous lawsuits: "You can't legislate against stupidity." As a result of the flooding in my area last May there were several bridges in various states of damage. Some of them are still in the process of being reconstructed. On my worst day it would
never occur to me to ignore a "Bridge Closed" warning. Whata maroon!
