I'm curious how many car-free or car-light riders contribute to this thread.

My family is car light. I'm the one in the family though that rides all the time, year-round in the Chicago area. I put in about 8K miles each year commuting, plus a limited number of more miles for rec purposes. I don't think I have ever put in more than 10K miles in a year though.
