looking for a frameset (or frame....or even complete build) to build a road bike for my girlfriend.

my requirements is that it is functional, decent shape, and 54cm.
HER requirements are that it is lugged and either gray or silver or black or metallic....huge bonus points for chrome or outlined lugs.

my constant browsing of bike blogs and classic bike porn has rubbed off on her and she has developed an interest in classic lugged road bikes. whatever it takes to get her riding more with me
