Nope, Exit 7 to exit 101 is totally legal on I-5 in Washington state. There are other stretches as well.
When you approach exit 101 there are explicit signs that state "all bicycles must exit".
That's pretty awesome... do you ever get nervous? You wouldn't stand a chance. Or are there barriers?
