Hi All,

I'm looking for a bike for my Wife and I came across this 2007 Cannondale Optima at a LBS (the owner happens to be a neighbor and we sort of know each other)

He has it listed for 1998.00 and while I don't want to try and gouge him I certainly don't want to be gouged either. What would a fair price be? I have no idea what dealer markups are but I assume it isn't very much but the bike has been sitting there for some time...
