Given that actual tire sizes are different from marked and advertised and can vary in the same product line, I'd say if you want cheap and if there is a Walmart anywhere near you just pick one of the Bell tires and try it. If it doesn't work you can probably return it (if it doesn't fit I assume you won't be putting any miles on it, just unpack, install, check, uninstall, repack).
