I've got a pair of each, and am wondering which ones to put on my Raleigh Professional. Which is the better? I asked Mr Muzi at Yellow Jersey this question yesterday, and got an answer I really should have expected: "It doesn't matter, because the ones that were stock are the ones that belong on the bike." Well, pooh-pooh to you too, Mr Man. I didn't want to know which ones were better for resale value or restoration correctness: I want to know which ones will send me over the handlebars if I grab too big a handful.

Has anyone ridden a bike equipped with the Universals? How do they stack up to the Campys?
