I would probably go with the Campagnolo, but just because I've always loved the quick release. I am not a big fan of Universal brakes, but I've never had any experience with the 77. I can't imagine either one is as good as a modern dual-pivot. Campagnolos certainly weren't. But then again, with Scott Mathauser brake pads I've gotten the rear wheel off the ground using Campagnolo brakes.
