fix is requiring tools like a drill press and vise or v block to insure the drill is in the center
across the diameter of a round tube , epoxy, steel roll pins to press thru the holes you machined .

since you asked the question , instead of just going ahead and fixing it,
one assumes you don't have those tools ..
