Got any ideas for me for something healty, light, and fairly tasty? Something I could eat real fast before going to work? I didn't even eat this morning I was so fed up with the same old thing. And now I'm feeling sorta sick.
Not really hungry, just sorta "queezy". So I think I need to be eating something.
Add a bit of fruit to the cereal, either fresh or dried. Raspberries and blueberries are great in the summer, and a good ol' banana all year round.
Dried apricots rock my world too (though eat them in moderation... trust me
)
