After the winter we just had, I'll take all the sweat and grime and heat Mother Nature can dish out thank you very much!

I use a Halo sweat cap and this year, I'm going to carry a bottle of MiO
in my saddle bag so that I won't have to pay for drinks along the route
and can just stop wherever there is a refrigerated fountain and stock up.
I can't drink too much plain water. It turns my stomach.

Other than that, just remember Winter 2011 the next time the heat gets to you.

A couple of drops of this and I have a sports drink taste for a few pennies
(they are about $3. and last for about 2 dozen bottles of water as I use it).
