I know this does'nt directly address your question, but have you look at the Affinity Lo Pro? It is dual 700c but that might fit you a little better considering you are looking for a 60 cm frame. City Grounds has one in 60 cm

Funny you should mention them because they're my absolute lease favourite 'pursuit' frames. something about them looks so wrong. they look so cramped. thanks though
