Hot and humid, but not too bad this morning. I felt pretty fast, but I don't know, as I failed to start either of my timing devices. This evening? I think I'll be taking it a bit slow, as the temps are supposed to be in the mid 90s with a heat index pushing the perceived temp up close to 100f.
Lots of bikes out this morning, almost enough to call the CCT crowded.
Did a 32 mile 'fun' ride yesterday, and was amazed how good I felt at the end.
