Why bother? You still belive the antiquated notion that lactic acid somehow remains in the muscles the day after a hard ride.
Lactate completely disperses with rest within about 90-mins, even after a supramaximal effort. It does not linger there for some massage therapist to dispense.
You also preach pro-cross training, even though that won't help a person become a better cyclist. You still preach stretching, when there is no direct link between stretching and athletic peformace.
Yadda yadda yadda. The list is too long. I'm not going to waste my time.
