It wasn't until the mid-60s that QRs were banished from the track. Here's a scan of QR Pista hubs from Campy catalog #15:



Note that the skewers are curved, as in the eBay listing. The lettering and end caps on the eBay skewers are also consistent with pre-CPSC skewers (CPSC skewers had script lettering and bulbous end caps), but pre-CPSC skewers did not have the "LOCKED" and "UNLOCKED" markings on them. I suspect these are actually early post-CPSC road skewers.
