It was 80+ here in NY. Rode 4.5 in the morning when it was cooler. Coming home was a bit harder. It was rush hour very hot and a headwind formed around the RR. where I have my commute ride. I stopped for water. Bought rice at a Chinese place for dinner. I plan on changing my handlebars as I think its too high for me but I can't lower the stem anymore. I have those comfort bike handlebars.
