The paint I used was Rustoleum brand and I used for the base coat their "metallic pewter/grey" and for the clear coat the "crystal clear". The key is proper prep work and taking the time to wet sand between coats and a good finish compound and polish.

I do like some of the powder jobs I've seen but still like a quality paint job more.
