also, i read sentiments like that repeated very often on this board. the kind of "that equipment is only useful to the pros" stuff. i don't think it's appropriate to speculate that "99%" of people wouldn't notice the benefit of some kind of equipment. I'm light years away from the pro level, and i absolutely feel the difference between my aero bike and my non-aero bike. it's anecdotal, but you can't speculate it out of truth.
gerard vroomen posts on the WW forums. i'm sure he would beg to differ about whether aero frames are worth it.
I dit not say it made "no" difference. I said
the difference will be so negligible 99% of us will never notice it or benefit from it.
BTW, I would not expect G. Vroomen to say anything but how awesome aero frames are and how much of a difference they make. He makes a living from it. It is a very biased opinion at best.
