At Kona in 2009, she averaged 23mph for the 112-mile bike split--right after a 54-minute 2.4 mile swim and right before a 3-hour marathon. Of course, she's just a "triathloner," So I'm sure Runner 1 can smoke her any day of the week.
I mean.. of course! I have done that same race with a 44 minute swim, 27 mph for the bike-split, and a 2:03:58 marathon split. If you don't see me in the results it's because they lost my number.
